NSW batsman David Warner smashes unbeaten 135 from 69 balls

DAVID Warner produced a record-breaking batting blitzkrieg as he blasted an unbeaten 135 off 69 balls to propel NSW into the semi-finals of the Champions League Twenty20 cricket tournament in Chennai, India.

Warner notched the highest individual score in the three-year history of the tournament and a personal best T20 score, smiting 11 fours and eight sixes against the defending champion Chennai Super Kings.

NSW scored 2-201 after winning the toss in the game on Wednesday morning and bowled out Chennai for 155 in 18.5 overs to record a 46-run win.
